Love it out there.
What do you do for work that you can live in Rifle, CO?
I just got a job doing IT for a hospital out this way. Pretty excited for that. I can't wait to find some trails out this way and do a little exploring. Every day I head outside, it's like living in a painting though. It's pretty cool.

i seriously cant tell if my brand new rotors are not true or if i have a stuck caliper. fak.
Mine did the whole pulsing thing but always seemed to stick a little bit after I would let off the brakes, almost like an unloading feeling a second or so after the brakes were let off. The new calipers don't have that feeling. The odd thing with my old calipers is even after driving a while I could temp gun my calipers and rotors and they were still at reasonable temps and all fairly consistent which is not what you would expect from a typical stuck caliper.
its a weird feeling, something ive never experienced. Not a warped rotor feel when braking. Only a weird grabbing, not grabbing sensation during MPH 10-0.
Hmm, that is weird. It seems like you would be able to feel it while braking if it was your brakes. Applying pressure to the brakes usually amplifies brake issues from my experience. Does it do it while idling in drive with the brakes off? If it does, I would think to start looking at drive line binding up some how, u-joints/CVs or possibly wheel bearings binding.
Before I just did my brakes it would grab and let go while going slow if I had the brakes on as well, but the second I let off the brakes and idled it was smooth. If you think its an untrue rotor from the factory you should be able to tell really easily by jacking up the truck and spinning the wheels by hand a few times. It will most likely grab super hard in one area if that is the case.
Picked it up from the body shop (finally) on Thursday, and took it tailgating for the Death Cab for Cutie concert!
