Did you use anything to coat/protect the lens after you were done with the restore? I just did the 3m kit on mine recently and I don't want them to degrade again too quickly.

I used a lens protecting cream that came in the Meguiars kit that I use. Honestly, it doesn't seem like it does anything!

By the time those lights need another restore I will have probably sold it or have so many miles the wheels fall off

I used the Meguiars headlight restoration kit, but in the past I used the 3M headlight restoration kit and it is way better. Go for it!

Wow, that is one sweet looking rig. That is exactly how i would like mine if I had the $$ to do it. Perfect, clean and not gaudy. Great job man!!!

Sprayed the underside with Fluid film last night. Should have worn a mask as I am still smelling the stuff. The garage stinks even though I did it in the driveway and the smell gets to the inside also. Oh well, hope it goes away soon.
