First oil change @ 250K. Its new to us.
Only one thing I dislike about Mobile 1 5W is you can hardly see it to check the level on the dipstick. Waited a day, now it shows up better. Good to go.

PO stripped the bolt head on the skid plate, and every since it looks like they changed the oil filter from the top and just let it run out the bottom - yuk, what a mess that was to clean up. Now to get that bolt off and replace it.

Put the stock air box back on... Going to be selling the AFe unit here shortly. Looks great however didn't notice anything positive, power or fuel economy with it. Makes noise, but its unnecessary.

Changed the front/rear diff and transfer case fluids, then a quick wash and wax.

That is one clean looking 4runner. Doesn't look anywhere close to 12 years old.

I have been contemplating on pulling the trigger to purchase one of their units I just have read so many mixed reviews but for the price I would be happy if it just worked properly for a couple yrs I would atleast get my money out of it.

So what's your thoughts on it so far? First impression review pros and cons thus far?

I paid $300 for it. Pretty simple, straight forward to use. Comes with the wiring harnesses so no splicing involved. It's a very clean install which is nice.

So far, it works great. One thing I'm disappointed with is it doesn't seem as powerful as the oem head unit. Bass doesn't seem as strong, but I haven't had a chance to play around with the equalizer settings yet. Overall, I'd still say it's an upgrade. This one has a USB cable with it that I'm thinking I'll run to my center console (didn't today), but no front input. It also allows you to program it so that the steering wheel controls work. I plan on getting the oem Bluetooth controls to use with it.

Played in the snow with some 3rd gens and a Tundra yesterday. Tundra almost got in a ditch and had to be winched out. Made for an exciting day.

Looks really fun, I wanna do a snow run. Hopefully when can get a run in when I get back from my vacation.

Very nice!! I just got my Runner 2 weeks ago and figured I'd start on adding storage/organizing the rear cargo area seeing as that is probably easiest on the wallet. I'll post pictures soon.
