sick of the terrible audio my headrest DVDs monitors (audio is sent via wireless through the FM radio), got a wired FM modulator for my system. Now I can listen to Tinkerbell movies with superior audio!!!! (please kill me).

I bet Frozen will sound amazing!.....lol

Related: I'm contemplating adding a small monitor (installing it in the center of panel below the HVAC panel). It would, of course, be another monitor for the DVDs in the back, but also "mirror"my smartphone. If I could just figure how to make that work, hmmm........................

I can't tell you how many movies I have heard in the last 5 years, some many times over. It is strange watching movie for the first time that I have heard about 20 times; so different than I imagined.

Very cool. Only problem is it will fall right off when you wash it due to no edges to hold onto. I love the look though!

I can't tell you how many movies I have heard in the last 5 years, some many times over. It is strange watching movie for the first time that I have heard about 20 times; so different than I imagined.

Yeah, I know many Tinkerbell/Micky Mouse Clubhouse DVDs by heart, but can't recognize them when I see them on the screen.

I'm getting the wired kit b/c when we travel, I set the FM to a specific channel and it always fades in and out (especially when going between cities). It's very annoying. With this kit, fading disappears and the sound quality is significantly improved.

Now if only I can get my wife's ok for them to watch Bond movies, LOL.

If it was put on thick enough, it should hold up pretty good. May just want to be a little easy washing the corners of the stripes. Looks awesome.

Ya I had it on my hood for several months last winter. First time I decided to go to the car wash it bubbled right up. I expected it though. Was nice and thick and came right off though.

Damn. I've used it on a few body panels, but mostly on wheels. Never had any problem with it peeling unless it got exposed to something like Goo-Gone. That stuff will re-liquify it and cause it to bubble and peel.

Got my block, Trans pan and battery heater installed. It's a must have here in Phoenix!! Haha kidding I'll be moving to Fairbanks Alaska first of next month so felt this would be worth my while! Not too bad of an install tool about an hour.

I live in northern Michigan, close to same climate as Alaska but warmer much longer and less overall snow. Lol
I couldn't imagine living somewhere hot, would be to much for me. Have fun on your journey, Alaska is beautiful, watch out for bears and moose. Both are freaking mean!

Just got my '03 Limited back from the shop. Had the rear brake line, the one above the gas tank, rust through and start leaking fluid while driving home from work last week. All the dash lights came on, and it started beeping in alarm mode. I found that the brake fluid reservoir was empty. I was near a Sunoco Mini-mart, and bought 3 pints of brake fluid. After filling reservoir, I managed to get it back to work (BMW dealership), and left it for them to check out. It's too cold to be laying on ground, to do the job my self. They had to replace the line over the tank, the flex line to the rear axle, and the fixed line to the rear right side. Since I work there, they gave me a good deal on the work, $263 parts and labor. Rust monster strikes again.............:ybrick::ybrick:
