What did you do with your 4runner today?

I went ahead and replaced two burnt out bulbs in my HVAC controls. When I reinstalled everything, another bulb burnt out

Seems to be just my luck.

That JUST happened to me two weeks ago. So frustrating.

purchased a set of bridgestone dueler a/t revo 2 265 70 r17 off discount tire direct, had them price match tirerack, and ill be getting rid of my 22's and going back stock. rims are for sale with tires if anyone is local here.

Installed new headlight bulbs, got the SYLVANIA 9005/6 SilverStar Ultra High Performance Halogen. Wow do they make a difference, replaced them in the day light so dont have any comparison pictures, and my neighbors are going to be not very nice if I go and leave them on for a bit just to take pictures.

Edit: Oh and I also ordered some WeatherTechs, but it will be a few weeks before I get them. B-Day present from family

Made a cellphone mount out of an old lamp that broke, flag pole mount, and hard drive magnets. Came out better than I thought. Works very well. I still want to do something about the metal. Maybe paint it black. I hate suction cups and wanting something more secure and not so bulky.

I also tried lubing up the drive shaft in the garage on my back. It sucked, so I have access to a lift. Took about 3 min with a lift and very easy![emoji41]

For anyone in the Midwest dreading the rain you can thank me. On Friday I had my 4runner detailed for the first time since our trip out west last August. Needless to say upon picking it up I drove 4 hours south for the Big12 Tournanment. So the truck looked great for about half that trip before the crappy weather. So it was short lived but necessary.
Also on the way home I hit a fun mile mark

Added new 5500k low beam hid bulbs from theretrofit website. In the future ill be doing projector for foglights and maybe highbeams. finally i got rid of the crappy ddm bulbs they are so worthless always had issue and they stop responding. To my email and they have no contact numbers.

Ordered some P285/70/17 Cooper AT3's since Discount Tire Direct Ebay is having their 100 off 400 sale again. Got my tires for 628 for all 4. Plus Cooper has a 70 dollar mail in rebate. 558 for 4 brand new AT3's. Gotta love the internet

Not yet! But I will be fitting the front and rear with cam style chains. I have 275/70/17, 1.25 spacers, UCAs and trimmed fenders. Lots of room!
