That is in the 2006 housing? DS2 fit directly in or housing require a lot of modifications?

Got my PAC noise filter in today. I hated the engine whine coming through my speakers while charging my phone and using the aux input. So far, this filter has seemed to fix the problem. PAC SNI-1/3.5 $8.76 on Amazon

Had code P0156, so replaced driver side rear 02 sensor with a Denso O2 sensor. Seems to have fixed the issue. Replacing the sensor wasn't too bad. Not much room to swing a ratchet. I had to use a ratchet that has real fine increments and use an offset socket;

It's still a work in progress but yes they fit without any cutting. You'll need to get creative in mounting them, there isn't much room to use bolts and the plastic within the housing it's super brittle.

I tried bolts first (pictured) but the plastic hasn't going to hold and just with adjusting it stared to chip away so I think once I have them dialed in I'll JB Weld them in, bolts and all.

Dropped off the runner again to dealer. This is now the 5th time I dropped off and about 13 weeks total at the shop. P0451 code I think. Evap code.

They have replaced the gas filler neck, gas tank, gas cap, and charcoal canister so far. At least that what I know they have replaced and the code came right back.

On top of the 3,000 they spent on fixing the 4wd, I'm gonna end up with practically a new truck.[emoji106]

They got me in a nice Tahoo 4wd loaner.[emoji106] air conditioned seats are awesome in Houston.[emoji7]

anyone have a photo or a link to photos of how to or what it looks like with the rear seats removed? thinking of making a box the replaces the rear seats but keeps it even with the floor and i think the seat back mount would make a great hinge point for a top

Good idea! It wouldn't be to hard to do. Use that long skinny wide vacuum attachment in between the crack of the where the back meets the bottom. Pipe that to the rear vents and done. [emoji106].

Fold seat bottoms forward, remove two 14mm head bolts holding seat bottom brackets to the floor. Remove seat bottoms. Option to remove seat belt floor brackets as well, the one for the center shoulder strap will need to be removed to remove the larger of the two seat backs. Fold the seat backs down, gently pop the cover panels off the clips on the backs of the seats (pry straight out). This will expose one bolt on each side of each seat back holding it to the brackets, 4 bolts total. Remove seat backs. Option to remove seat back brackets as well after that or use for hinging as you suggested.

There's not too much room under the seat bottom area if you draw the floor flat from the cargo area (level with a double decker folded down) maybe 4" of height. I remove the seats to sink my cooler down a bit and built a sleeping platform around it at cooler height. There is a lot of space in the footwell area though.
