Installed some ditch lights.

i love these mounts.

Then used a drill and wire wheel to scrape the metal a bit. Actually surprised how little surface rust there was.

I'm slowly doing the same. These rust/paint remover wheels blew me away..they're great at removing rust.

These work good for surface rust. If you get into something that needs a little more coaxing, try this with a grinder. Just don't get into the sheet metal. It will shred right through it. Ask me how I know. :redbrick:

The front lift is set at 3". Will bump that up in a month when my front/rear bumpers, sliders, and winch from CBI arrive ... right now the only weight is the roof rack with full-size spare, hilift extreme, and a shovel.



Running Cooper Discoverer AT3s 275/70R17 at the moment (with a crappy leveling kit from the guy before).

Cool. I set mine at 3" also. With sleekster sliders, Baja ut rack, Baja ladder, front hitch receiver and RCI full steel skids. The ride is more harsh than I was hoping.
Did a camping trip with a dirtbike on the back, cargo carrier on the front, lots of fuel, water and gear in the truck. With all that weight it was a nice, comfortable, plush ride.
Sounds like it will be a good fit for you with the bumpers.

Installed Sonoran Steel lift and Camburg UCAs. Dumped the Daystar leveling kit [emoji14].

Removed both the front and rear swaybars.

Initial ride is way better. Looking forward to more!

Rust reformer is done. Looks great will be a week or two before I have time again to paint with chassis paint.
