Hate it when that happens. That's why it took me forever to get my gears and lockers.
When the alternator goes bad it can put so much drain on the battery it will kill it. Had it happen a couple times.
Edit: wow, autocorrect killed me on that one! Fixed.

So I'm just about done with my tank of gas:
-Remaining miles reads 35mi
-Average speed read 27mph
-Mpg is now 18.9
My only mods so far are 5100's shocks all around and Cooper Discoverers ATP 265/70/17.
My 4r is a 06 sport 4x4, so I'm at right around what combine mpg should be. I drive very slow and rarely get on it haha, I have a Subaru RSTI coupe tuned on e85 if I wanna go fast
Where did you get the paint matched grill?

I got it from camelback toyota eparts web page https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214329. They do free shipping on orders over $150 and the grill was $171.00 not sure if didn't want to spend that much.
Also if you apply this coupon code TWpartz they take like 3% off. I ordered a bunch of other stuff too so it was definitely worth it for brand new oem parts.

UltraGauge blue and my custom gauge layouts. So worthwhile. I've loaned it to a bud who keeps needing to fix a check engine light. He finally bought some other brand of Bluetooth reader for $13. No reason not to. I like my UltraGauge setup but have nothing to compare it against so far.

Found myself completely frustrated with CBI Offroad and the lack of a parts list and any sort of installation guide for their bumpers and accessories. The bumpers are pretty straight forward as far as attachment points go, but so far I'm definitely down two bolts and up a washer with the front installed.
I have 30ish washers and 8 bolts to attach the rear. Seems heavy on washers and minus any fasteners for the hitch receiver.
[emoji36] Even a list of parts and quantities would go a long way towards getting this very heavy and costly jigsaw puzzle together.
That said, very happy with the front with lights and winch fully installed. (And, yes, I lost some plastic trim in the national forest today.)

I feel your pain, I have had similar problems. I have a front from them and just got my 4th rear swing away not too long. I'm not saying I can't figure it out, but a simple install guide would be nice for a $2500 bumper... There is a lot of of nuts and bolts.

I've installed many mods on many vehicles over the years. This is the highest expense with the least info I've seen yet. My $200 skid plate came with photos and parts lists and overly specific instructions!
On the phone the first info they gave was wrong (!) but they were very helpful ultimately in figuring that out. Thing is, I can't call about all of this. And I don't think it's right with this level of hardware.
I can forgive one or two missing fasteners, but having to mind read the intent with a 4 to 1 washer count is just ... nuts. And I have two pairs of very specific spacer plates, with no insight on their intent other than that one set of plates matches holes on the frame and bumper. I can guess at the intention, but that still leaves the other two [emoji848].
I laid out the swing arm fastener pieces and can figure out most of it, but I have no way to know if it's all there until I'm working on it.
Not the way I like to do things.
It would take a fraction of an hour to make the parts list I need.

They're 265/70 bfg ko2's. I had to trim just a very little bit of the front bumper and pull the fender liner back some to clear them. They rubbed slightly but haven't had any issue since. To my understanding, bfg's are one of the very few 265/70's that require trimming to clear

Greased my driveline and found out the previous owner completely stripped the diff drain plug :dammit:

Mine is the same as well. Consistently shows 16.8-17mpg on the lieometer, but by hand calculation it's always nails on at 15.5 every time. So 1.5mpg off always. 04 V6 with 176k miles 265/70/17 duratracs and front 2" spacer lift.

looking into getting a v8 hitch for my truck. found the part number online PT228-89460 but looking on the lexus forums i also see an extra bracket for the v6 mounting location 08925-35870. is this part of the oem hitch for the 4runners? and then bolts are 90119-12361
