Love the look of 35's on these trucks! I trimmed, pounded, and hacked several times, so don't worry! in fact I just hacked some more tonight, only not to fit tires. lolToday I did a lot of hacking and pounding and finally got my FN wheels and bigger tires mounted!
Thanks to T-man for the advice about trimming. I still have some work to do on the pinch welds and could pretty up the body mount chop but I'm not rubbing on the road (even at full lock / reverse) so I'm happy!!!

I just changed them out tonight. The ride is a little more stiff than the Superflex but will be better once the bumper is on. I am sure even without the bumper they would soften a little after they break in

I definitely need more stiff than the Superflex's. If I could get someone to buy my JAOS brush guard I could afford to stiffen up a lot faster, but I can't seem to find any takers.

"NOT TODAY" Was a few weeks ago,but used the runner to pick up 50 '30' racks of some Busch. Fun fact: If you fold the seats down you can fit 25 racks with just the floor space, and 50 if you stack em up. Ah, college.

Busy day.
Greased the drive train.
Pulled a steering knuckle, to replace an inner CV joint seal, and found a stuck piston. Inner lower, shocker!!
Got that unstuck, because everyone can't even order 5th gen calipers right now (where do you get lifetime warrantied ones?). Everyone must be doing the 5th gen swap.
Put the inner CV joint seal in on the knuckle, and didn't even hit the speed sensor with the rubber mallet (I thought I got it there for a minute!!)
Wire brushed and painted a couple of spots on my frame while I was in there.
Pulled off the XREAS plumbing from my frame.

Don't you love all the fun stuff you find when you tear into your rig. Never fails. My wife knows that when I say an hour it really means two trips to the auto parts store and four hours. lol

Made my offroad lights into blinkers! Darn stock ones kept filling with water and burning out. Added a light bar originally made for a Ford to the front and then put some lens repair over my led lights to tone them down and make them the right color.
Trimmed up cleaned up lookin legit and all brotha good job .
