Finally had to replace the original battery from 08. Went to pick littlest up from preschool loaded back up and flat dead! Funny cause I never had a weak start any clue it was coming.

I don't do the cb thing, but a bunch have and have posts about it. Suspensions are all the same for our trucks, what's your questions about them? Have you read the suspension sticky yet?

I found the stickies for suspension i just asked there. But i wanted to know about a full suspension kit for mild off roading rivers, creeks, hills, etc etc. If you know anything i very appreciate the time and knowledge you pass on.

There's tons of options depending on your budget. Bilstein, ome and rancho all use regular shocks
icon, radflo, king, fox and sway-a-way (saw) are all coilover and much better quality with double to triple the price tag.

Several options. If you aren't looking to get serious with harder trails I wouldn't spend the money on coilovers. I'd go bilstein or ome.

You dont need to buy a "kit"... You might not find what you are looking for. Lots of people mix and match, and approached font and rear differently.

Understand what you want, and go from there. You should give more information about your intended use / application and expected result.

I use my rig off road often... and I had a tight budget. I wanted good parts, so I decided to install it myself... Whatever I ended up saving in labor, I put into better parts and a few tools for the garage which I didn't count because I look at tools as an investment.

I spent under $1250 shipped for everything...

Bilstein 6112 front (2.5" coilovers)
OME 260lb 2" rear spring for some added load carrying
5100 in the rear, which I will change soon.
If I went with a 2.0 from ICON or the 5160 I could have been right at $1500.
That also included a pair of super bumps in the front.

I have a pretty nice and level 2" lift and ended up with an amazing ride on and off road. The 2.5" 6112 was the single most impressive "budget high end" upgrade. I highly recommend it.

I decided to improve my slider install... My buddy is going to help with the welding so I busted out my air tools and charged up the tank... time to prep the painted surfaces for welding.

These are the demello offroad bolt on sliders, its going to see some hard use so we are going to weld it up anyways. It was actually needed on the driver side since not all the bolts were able to be used.

Nice and dirty from my last trip...

So the things i want to do is off road trials slight hills some bumpy areas nothing like rock crawling, hitting the sand dunes, going into rivers and creeks, the amateur off road experience thats what i want to do with my rig.
