Paid $300 for it brand new in box, and ordered the pac steering wheel control adapter and dash kit from crutchfield ~$50. Overall it was pretty easy and fit great, the trickiest part was installing the steering wheel control adapter.

I did a little snow crawling in the bean field by my place today. Then removed my running boards and front mudflaps. After getting the new wheels and tires this week they rubbed a little.

And I'LL SELL IT TO YOU FOR CHEAP!! Pristine condition, my truck is never dirty so my light bar isn't either. Immensely bright, all working LED'S, no scratches, no condensation, no rust. I'll even throw in some brand new mounting hardware and rocker switch.

I ordered a new bar and matching pods, so this one's gotta go!! If you're interested in one, wait for mine. I'll set you up with pictures and everything you need to convince you to take it off my hands. Let me know, mine should arrive within the next 2 - 3 weeks, you're my first offer.

Thanks! The wiring harness was a metra 70-1761 along with the metra dash kit 95-8202 but yea the steering wheel control adapter was kind of confusing, I had to read the instructions over and over a few times and I ended up getting it programmed on my second try, since my first try I had the next and volume buttons switched around...

Finally got around to doing the rodent mod after finding evidence of one on my cabin air filter. I did notice if the air switch is set to recirculate before turning off the vehicle it will close the vent door so those bastards can't get in.

Love the stance of your rig [MENTION=93193]morphious[/MENTION] How do you like the 255/75-17 tires?
Is their anything you like or don't like about them and will that size spare tire fit under the truck? I've been thinking about getting the same size tires but im still on the fence about it.

Mike while I like your mount, I don't want to be anywhere near where you're driving while watching your favorite movies!!! :scared: :fear:

My favorite movie is driving.

Crazy texting or movie-watching drivers make enough danger for an action movie while the V8 gives it that nice surround sound! :lmao:

We all know the real reason to mount your movie theater there. To keep your girlfriend quiet! :lalala::drama:

You guys know that I was only joking, I would never watch a movie or text while driving. Its just not worth it.

Funny thing, Just the other day I seen someone watching the weather channel on his phone wile driving in the rain. Now that's crazy.

Did you put some sort of brace behind it or is that just levered on the plastic dash piece with 4 tiny screws?

I used four #8-32 nylon lock nuts from Home Depot to screw on the back of the 4 tiny screws. The RAM kit only came with the 4 mounting screws and no lock nuts or lock washers (which is NUTS). I used a 9/64" drill bit to drill the holes and then screwed them into the dash. The screws alone would of been fine to hold the RAM mount for normal roads but I don't plan on driving on normal roads :biggrin2: The mount is pretty solid and I can always buy a used plastic dash trim if I ever wanted to remove it.

Install was pretty easy. I just removed the temperature controls and I had full access to the back of the dash trim. I wanted to center the RAM base on the dash trim but their was a support plastic (not sure what to call it) molding in the back under the hazard button that got in the way.

Thank you. I love the size and have not had any issues with them since running them. As far as fitting in the spare location I am not sure, I still have a stock size down there. I have looked at it quite a bit and feel one can be squeezed in there. I have heard other members fitting larger spares but they air them down which I would do if it didn't fit since I have on-board air.

Buddy, that's why I bought this. It's black housing, not your standard white super shiny cheap look. Is the only theme that fits my Runner, so if that's what you want it's either this or RC black series youre looking at. I wanted this because it's the fish eye lenses that stand out.

A much more appropriate tool than the Dremel I used to do mine. Haha. Only used 9 cutoff wheels to do both sides. Shortly after that though my Dremel decided to let the smoke out. So I got a new Dremel and decided to not use this one for big boy projects and got a grinder too.

The RC has the black backing plate on it. Idk if yours does it hard to see. And I'm not in the market for one for another month or 2.. gotta order my rear shocks and save for a motorcycle. Thanks for the offer though
