Ordered new tire today, the old geolanders don't have enough meat for winter driving. Shame really because they'd be fine for spring/summer/fall.

Like the way they handle so got new ones , really quiet on the highway.

LOL, i gave up trying to keep the back of my Runner clean with my 5 year old and 15 month baby. It's just not possible.

Depends on what you give them. I have 9 year old twins that are younger than mine and it did just fine.

Had some Bilstein 5100's installed in the rear. Still had my OEM shocks installed at 140k. I didn't realize how bad they were. $200 (with install) well spent.

Buy a power washer! Best investment ever!
Oh, and if you put a Sprinkler under your truck and let it run, move around every 20 minutes it'll help a ton!

Super helpful, walked me right through it so thanks for making the write up!

I actually had 3.5 qts come out when I just pulled the drain plug for the transmission. 105K miles, still had a slight red hue though was more brown than anything. Definitely not black though and no metal so I didn't bother dropping the pan. I think I'll go to drain and fills every couple oil changes now, since the skids will be off then anyway.

Will report back on how the driving/shifting goes tomorrow.

heres how the amber film do with the 3000k morimoto 35w kit. i like the deep color, it does look like it cut down on some glare.

One of my PIAA night tech low beams burnt out last nite after being on the truck for about 2 1/2 years. We have an account w/ NAPA so I decided to get their version of what's supposedly equivalent to the PIAA. Kind of bummed because my high beams and fogs are also PIAA night tech and I liked the fact that everything matched ( I have major OCD) But the price and warranty are better w/ NAPA so I'll give them a whirl.

Sprinkler is a good idea. Come May I lay underneath the trucks with a garden hose and flush out every little bit of winter accumulation.

Installed a new rear "grocery bag hook" where I broke one, new rubber roof rail filler piece, new rear window lower moulding where mine was cracking and letting water into my tailgate, and finished the night off with a [MENTION=8828]slyfox75[/MENTION] AIP bypass kit install. I didn't have any issues with my AIP causing me to do this but now I for sure won't!

And then found a fog light bulb out this morning. Always something...

I beat the piss out of my pinch weld. Cutting wheel comes next. Pay no attention to the ugly cut plastic. I'll get the that sorted out with a dremel.

Woo Hoo! After four days of switching into 4H and 4Lo, driving for a day in 4H and flicking the 4Lo switch about a hundred times at traffic lights, my 4Lo started working last night!
