Should have had some morning coffee this morning. Would have made me go buy a larger oil pan. Could not for the life of me figure why I forgot this triangular one only holds 5.5 qts...
I did get to install this though.
Also gonna need to lift the truck before doing anymore under work to it. My chest was touching the darn skid plate.

Gross-out warning - Got it crapped on by...something. Sounded like a half-second of heavy rain and it ended up on the passenger side between the rear door and rear side window, passenger side front window and all down the door, across the sunroof and on the hood. Seriously, this had to have been a gigantic bird.
Fortunately we were a couple of blocks from a self-serve wash so I quickly got it off the paint.

Got my A/T's installed today. Not the most aggressive, but at $100/tire cheaper than the BFG's I wanted, and some good reviews on this forum, I'm good with giving them a try.
Went with 255/75/17 pizza cutters, and they fill in the wheel wells quite nicely compared to the stock size H/T's I had. The pics really don't do the truck justice.
Bonus: my toy in the background

Didn't you have to chop the front body mount? You running a body lift? Truck looks sweet!

Do you have a lift? If so, what kind/how much lift?

Yes, I have an OME suspension lift. I don't remember the exact spring numbers but it's a 3/2 lift. For the rear coils I have the Toytec RCC though.

I still have to get the front body mount chopped. It does rub but not bad. Been driving like that for close to a year
Truck does look sweet. I get lots of thumbs up by random drivers. Brings me the biggest smiles to my face

Ah hah! Same lift and wheels as me (and paint color and tint)! So, the question I have for you is whether or not you had to do any trimming and if you think there's room for an 80 instead of 75 in there. I'm torn between a 75 and an 80.

I'm visiting a buddy this weekend who's into 4x4's with me. I'll have him take some pictures at the closest possible rub spots. My guess (only having seen them pointed straight ahead) is you can probably get away with the 80 series tire. I kind of wanted an 80, but in the Suspension FAQ thread, it says something about trimming.
I've heard some people had rubbing issues (multiple tire sizes) with wheel spacers, but were alleviated after removing them..

And oil change all done. 185k miles and going strong. Love how easy it is to get to the filter on these trucks, makes oil changes so quick and easy.
It’s funny I didn’t know about this about rotella t6 and I’ve been running it in my 3rz for a few years now. Guess I should switch it to something else.

LOL! gas cap has nothing to do with the VSC/Trac/ABS lights. Gas caps are an emissions only thing and will turn on the Check engine light. VSC/Trac/ABS lights WILL come on with the check engine light, However they will not flash. If these lights are On/Flashing and there is no check engine light on as well, then you have a problem in the traction control/abs system.
