Haha it happens. I followed the install video for an FJ on YouTube so I figured I was doing something right. I lost a washer some how and also had to use a pry bar to fit the drop kit in.

Made and installed a new rack out of superstrut/unistrut
Fitting the side rails. 2" angle iron. Mounted using 3/8" carriage bolts. If I were to do this again, I'd make 1" t-nuts to make removal MUCH easier
Painted and assembled
Static load testing. About 225lbs. All contains are full of water/fuel (also, FWIW, a Yeti Tundra 35 has an actual capacity of 27q). There was no deflection in the side rails or superstrut cross bars. The factory bars were flexing a lot with just the jerry can and other accessories.
Also no more noise than the factory bars, basket, awning and hi-lift made to begin with, at least up to 70mph there isn't.

I spent yesterday with mine doing more maintenance. I changed Front and rear diff fluid to Amsoil and I also changed the transfer case to amsoil. It seemed to hold more oil than it called for in the manual before oil started flowing out of the over flow. Has anyone else noticed that when changing diff fluids. I also installed new rear sway bar bushings.

Swapped my drivers side axle with a ripped boot for a fresh cvj. Also replaced both wheel bearing/hubs with units from 05taco4x4 off TW. Great quality parts. Only hitch was a couple of trips to the store for little things. Including an 8lb sledge to knock the axles loose as my trusty 5lb shorty was not cutting it. Can’t believe how much of a difference the hubs/bearings made in my steering. Feels much better now and the noise is gone! Gonna get a 1” or 1.5” body lift next. Is anyone running a 1” without a steering spacer? Might keep my “core” axle and rebuild it to have on hand.

New plugs and Wheeler Superbump Stops
Changed out my sparks plugs. Apparently I had the original plugs still in the engine with 126,000 miles (3 Denzo on passenger side, 3 NKG on drivers side). I did buy it used about a year ago. New plugs are Denzo Iridium Long Life plugs. Engine is running a bit smoother, and feels slightly less sluggish. Also installed my front and rear wheelers superbump stops.

front- 5th gen Stop tech severe duty Calipers rotors and pads
Rear- 4th gen Stop tech Severe duty Calipers and pads with Centric Premium Rotors.
Brake fluid flush
A few snags with the stupid steel brake hoses from the front calipers but I made it work.
And a tire rotation
Stops better then new-
Incoming mod/refresh- Brand new drivers seat bottom cushion

Truck won't start, no click or turn over
Since I can't start a new thread I suppose I'll try posting here.
Today I did nothing with my 2007 4Runner because it won't start. When I turn the key I do not hear a click and the engine will not turn over. The dash lights still turn on, as does my after market radio, but the truck will not. I took the battery to my local NAPA to have it checked and they said it was still in good shape. I also tried jumping it with no luck. And I cleaned the terminals. Nothing worked.
Does anyone have any advice or could link me to a thread where someone experienced the same problem? I didn't have much luck while using the forum search.

This is the 4th Gen section. Click over on the 5th Gen and you should get a ton of info.

You're posting in the wrong forum. This is the 4th gen forum, if you have a 2018 TRD 4runner you need to be searching in the 5th gen forum.
