Thank you. Glad you found it interesting. The lights took awhile. Ran a complete fuse box and brought the wires thru the 3rd brake light grommet and housing.
Dude, the auxbeams are sweeeet. For the price, I don't think the quality suffered. They're bright as hell and feel rather sturdy and heavy for their size. I'd recommend them. Especially the combination spot light/flood light beams. I'll try and get some pictures of their nighttime performance soon.
The rack I'm slightly more embarrassed about haha: I scored it from a fellow member [MENTION=133963]GGFerrier[/MENTION] who tried to use it on his 3rd gen but it just didn't fit right. He actually got 2 roof rack kits from Walmart for like $200 total and put them together to make one long one. And it's also very sturdy for what it is. Plus, it's the EXACT width for the stock 2nd gen roof rails with a little tweaking and some of the vinyl coated pipe clamps. You can mount with bolts right into the stock rail's slide nuts and like $25 in hardware at most. And again, I can shake the whole truck from it, so it's really on there

Thanks! I bought mine used off of Crigslist 6-7 years ago for $450. A good buddy of mine got a brand new one from Cruiseroutfitters (Cruiser Outfitters)
Yours is a second gen so no cutting or grinding required, unlike mine that I had to cut off two front bumper brackets in order to mount it.
I would try your local CL's and some other forums that I've seen them popping up from time to time. If you're in a rush, the above link should be helpful

I see you eliminated the antenna. I did too when I painted. What are your plans? I read on the HAMB (hot rod forum) that some people attach an antenna and zip tie it behind the dash. I might do that rather than buy the windshield antenna thing on eBay that requires a power source. Meantime we live near a city and favorite radio station comes in fine.

Thanks! I have no plan for the antenna, I zip tied the harness inside the fender so it does not bounce around, and the radio stations I listen to still come in so - not worth putting money into.
Yes, I had no plans to drill the hole - not worth it.
I have been having issues with the blower in my 2nd gen for a while. At first it didn't work on all levels. Then it stopped completely. Of course I thought the resistor was the culprit and ordered a new one. It wasn't.
I got myself a new fan control panel and started ripping out the dash only to discover that the panel looked fine. The connector on the other hand was fried. Anyone knows what the connector to the fan speed control is called so I can order a new one?

Thank you, yes it is rattle can. I painted over the black primer that came on the fenders with Rustoleum Professional "Aluminum" color. I was going to use the tried and true Dulpi Color touch up cans I usually use, but with rustoleum you get twice the paint for half the price. We shall see.....
That is three coats five minutes apart. It is ever so slightly lighter than the factory paint.
No problem with the antenna, but the replacement fenders do not come with the hole pre drilled to mount it, so it is uo to the installer, aka me, to drill the hole. I decided not to as it is in a tricky location.

I am finding that this rustoleum paint isn't as hard as the dupli-color touch up paint I normally use. That stuff is usually hard in half a day. This stuff is still soft and I painted the fenders nearly a week ago.

Wrapped up fuse box label and emergency compartment. Silly I know, but I'm bored and stuck close to home, so any alterations have to be minimally invasive and time committed.
