It seems about once a week all 4 of these lights come on. It will happen as you are going 60 down the freeway, starting from a stop at a stop light, or applying the brakes. If you turn the vehicle off and start it again, they wont come back on. Any thoughts? It's really annoying. As far as I can tell nothing actually happens when they come on. It's a 2006 4x4 v8 if that helps.

Those mean there is something wrong with the car. Toyota made all these come on because most people just ignore the check engine light. i would get it scanned as soon as those lights come back up.

It could be a bad or loose gas cap. Do a search and you will see this is common.Toyota made all these lights come on instead of just the check engine light because every one would ignore the check engine light but not all the other lights.

Hello. The code is stored for 30 days so you don't really need to wait until the lights come back on to scan it. Just pull into an Auto Zone or other locale that does the free OBD2 scan and it will output a code. that code will not necessarily provide the one solution, but it will tell you that based on the code, you may want to look at the gas cap, emissions sensor, etc.

That I did not know, I figured I had to pull in with the lights on in order to figure anything out. I'll be stopping on my way home to get them checked now.
