I would never buy a 1st gen sight unseen unless it was for scrapyard prices. Just too many things that could cost way too much. The obvious being rust since few vehicles survive 25 years of winter up where this thing comes from.

I believe there are only 2 kinds of cars that sell on ebay. Cars so unique that finding the right buyers need a nationwide audience, or cars that they can't sell locally for the price they want. First gens still aren't too uncommon so I'd say this thing falls in category two. Personally, I'd rather go to Vegas to gamble....atleast there I get free liquor.

biggest risk is rust in the frame.... hard to check even in person, impossible online.
