My buddy's 23' Regal almost proved to be too much for my T4R. The V6 pulled it just fine, but the rear suspension drooped.

The lights seen in the pic with the boat are mounted on a Yakima crossbar using Yakima accessory clips (hold ski racks, bike racks, etc to the round bar). The lights are now mounted on a Yakima Loadwarrior Basket in the same fashion. Give me a few days and I will post some pics.

Here are some pics of the lights.

Note: All you need to mount lights to a Yakima cross bar or the top bar of a load warrior basket is the Yakima accessory clip. To mount lights to the bottom bar of a load warrior basket requires putting gasket material behind the clip to compensate for a smaller diameter bar.

I tow utility tractors (John Deere's ) sometimes up to 4 at a time , pull my pontoon boat in and out of the water , sometimes dirt , mulch , stone , ect........
Also though some of this in the back too. If it's bagged .

Thats why I might look at a Tacoma when my lease is up in 5 weeks. The v6 would pull what I need to just fine I am convinced wether it be in a 4R or a Tacoma .

Very nice! I lived in littleton till I was about 10 and I was going to go to chatfield high school till I moved. And now my girlfriend lives in littleton now so Im often there and driving past Columbine. Very cool, gotta love CO!

Question for you experienced towing guys: I'm about to move to Chicago, and thinking about towing our 07' Mazda 3 behind the 4runner (05' V8 - oem weight dist hitch). I'm thinking either a dolly or full trailer from uhaul. I believe the Mazda is about 3200 pounds fully loaded. Any suggestions or advice on if I should do this? I have the option to have it shipped via car carrier, but they say it could take two weeks to get their (driver won't go unless his trailer is full). If I do this, will I be stuck at 50mph for 800+ miles? Or can I get up and go at normal speeds of about 70mph?
