So, what does it take to switch my brothers 2005 4Runner w/ stock tail and headlights to the:

LED Tail Lights & Projector Headlights, besides purchasing them??

Headlights, you'll need the trim bezel (under the headlight between the bumper) and the wiring with the new headlight sockets that connect to the main body harness.
