what does SR5 mean?

It actually stands for Sport Rally 5 speed. This was the top of the line model back in the day with a lower model DX and LX available as lesser optioned models.

Funny that today the SR5 is the bottom of the barrel.

My 2003 SR5 V6 2WD didn't come with it.
Mine is 4speed trans (A340E-i): SR4?
