What does this connect to, 22re

Okay, so heres a picture of the water bypass on the driver's side of the engine. Where I have circled and arrowed, I need to know what or where it connects to.

That white bracket is about two inches away from the engine block, so I don't think it goes there. Can't seem to remember what it connects to.

Nothing is connected to it on my engine either. Maybe there's supposed to be a bracket to support it? Maybe that is a universal line that went on a different model with a 22re?

That would explain why I don't have a bag with a bolt for it. Good enough for me. Now I can finish assembling that side without worrying that it will have to come off again. Thanks!
