What else would you do to make it go 300,000 miles?

Anything else I'm overlooking in order to make this a 1/2 million miler or more on the original engine/trans/diff?? I do the following to my 4wd Limited V6 with 154,000 now:

Engine oil with "synthetic" every 6-10k

Differential with synthetic every 60k

Transmission- drain / add 3 qts every 60k or so

Coolant- drain/refill with factory fluid every 75k or so

Grease fittings- try to keep them greased

Brakes- haven't been good there...never flushed. Prob gonna pay for it eventually with some stuck pistons.

General- I never beat on it or even accelerate rapidly ...the thing is pretty babied. Never off-road.

Definitely brake fluid every 30k or so, or at least whenever swapping pads and rotors. And wash it too, including the undercarriage. Many people think that washing is just for cosmetic purposes, even though it can prevent rust build up and significantly prolong the life of your vehicle.
