What is needed for DIY lift

Hello all, I have decided to go with Icon lift kit but I am wondering what does it take to install it by myself? I am not mechanic, but I can follow common sense and directions. So if you have some knowledge to share, PLEASE let me know.

Can anyone point me to some good write ups with steps/images?

What tools would I need, of special kind?
Anything suspension specific that would not be found in decent tools set?

Can one person get it done in home garage?

I assume lift one side of car do work, repeat on other side, or would I need all 4 wheels in air to make it easier?

Click where it lists the lift/tires in my sig, that'll take you to my write-up. I also link to several detailed write-ups, and together it should tell you all you need to know. An extra set of hands would help, but you could probably get it done alone. Your right, just do it one side at a time. Do you have XREAS? That may complicate things just a tad, but still not bad.
