What is the toggle switch for next to fuel filler door cable pull?

you would need a rocker switch not a toggle switch.

speaking of switches.. whats the door switch called that turns on and off the dome light. you push it in and it goes off let it go and it comes on??

Its a self grounding plunger switch, i recently fixed mine the 90% of the time its the wire not the switch itself.

nope its a plunger switch

a popper is a spring loaded piston that pushes the door open when you dont have a door handle (shaved)

Someone utilized the hole for something else.
Originally, there was a socket there for the uber rare under hood work light. Yes, I have one and it works
