What Is This Car?

Hey Everyone!

I recently found this picture in an old photo album. I tried to identify it myself but couldn't get too far. I was wondering if any of you could tell me what it is? Or throw around some ideas?

I think it is likely to be around 1910? But again I could be very wrong!

The Metropol Automobile & The Metropol Motors Corp.

Kind of looks like the 1914 Roadster, but the steering area is a bit different.

Is that a NOS bottle on the side or is it the gas tank?
