What is this rust and should I be worried?

I just noticed this today. It obviously isn't new and every time I take it to Toyota they never mention it to me. Any and all help is appreciated.

2001 SR5, 135k. Nj area.

Looks like the main thing to "worry" about is the dust shield for your brakes. Other than that it doesn't look too bad. Might have a hell of time getting those caliper and LBJ bolts off but they don't look too bad yet.

Get some rustproofing oil spray and coat the entire vehicle if you do t already get it sprayed yearly?

Both my 4runners are oil coated/rustproofed twice a year. If your in an area where salt is used in winter its the only way to stay ahead of rust!

Thats considered to be a NO RUST vehicle here in Toronto. Rusty vehicle is something that has rust holes in it that would cause structural damage. Don't worry about it, just get it sprayed!
