Round-Denso, inner fender behind air box. It's on my sons 01 Limited and not on my 02 SR5. Just curious what it is

Yeah, that sounds right. Mine was in the same spot. Do you have the factory keyless fob? Try getting it to beep. Shutting off the "Beep" when locking/unlocking is programmable though I believe.

Yep, that's it. Now Im curious what makes the low pitch horn work? It's not the beeping from using the key fob.

this horn is what alarms when the alarm system goes off i believe because they do sound both the main horns. my 98 sr5 has it and i have the factory alarm on it. the key fob buzzer would be a little red round buzzer on and near the drivers side firewall. I work for a Toyota dealer so i believe that is what it is to test hold down the top button on the key fob and it will sound the alarm.
