I believe that's your AC line. I bent mine back just enough to not touch the control box

I know the vertical line in the pic is definitely AC, the horizontal line that the arrows point at can't be to high a pressure since it only has basic hose clamps keeping it in place.

That's not an AC line. Its the powersteering "cooler" line.

Excellent, I see it now in step 4. Thank you very much for the pdf showing this.
It should be easy enough to swap out the soft lines with longer ones and just move this line up about 6-8 inches or so.

Yes, it is the power steering "cooler" line. Mine doesn't interfere with the winch but I've thought about swapping them with something like this:

How about a link to how to bleed down the power steering system after it's been cracked open and air is introduced to the system?
I'm sure somebody's got that laying around someplace. Point me to it please

Lots of youtube vids on this as well.
So basically:
1) Crack open the system
2) Move the lines, hoses etc. Do whatever mod to it that is needed to relocate it.
3) Close the system back up.
4) Fill the reservoir.
5) Fire it up turn the wheel all the way left and all the way right several times and the system will bleed the air out.
6) Make sure to keep the reservoir full during that process so more air isn't sucked back into the system
2 people would be handy to make sure the reservoir stays full.
Seems easy enough. should be no problem.

I would recommend having the wheels off the ground and turning them back and forth, slowly with the engine off until you stop getting air out. Then, start the engine and turn the wheels back and forth to get the rest of the air out.
