I'm not much of a drinker, although I somehow wind up ordering a Bahama-rita every time I got to Bahama Breeze for dinner - those things are awesome.

Gatorade is my drink of choice - but only the original green flavor for me :beer:

My favorites (in order...kinda)

Beer: Guiness (at the moment), Fat Tire, Schalfly's (Local St. Louis Brew), Bacardi Raz (Summer), HARP (Guiness Product), Amber Boch and a ton of other MicroBrews here in town.

Liquor: Melon Balls, Jack&Coke, BlackVelvetWhiskey&Coke, Goldschlager(Winter), Jaegermeister, Vodka, RoyalCrown.

i'm a beer snob. i generally don't drink anything other than microbrews. it's great that i live in boulder, there are so many microbrews in this area that it takes me months to go through them. my favorite is the mountain sun (only those t4rers in the area will know the place). their java porter is the greatest beer ever made. you get a buzz from both the alcohol and the caffiene

Stone has some of the most excellent beers. I think I am going to go to their Anniversary Celebration & Invitational Beer Festival in August. I have a Stone Old Guardian Barley Wine at home calling my name.

Man, you got my mouth watering with all this homebrew and Stone talk. If I wasn't at work I would have to crack one open. What is your favorite homebrew you have ever made or tasted? Mine was a Russian Imperial Stout, that my best friend brewed (a Jeep owner, but a good guy other than that j/k).

I made a hefeweizen and a lager (similar to Steinlager) that both came out excellent. Sadly, they decided the restaurant business was more lucrative and they ceased public brewing. I've tried brewing at Brewbaker's in Huntington Beach, but the results were abysmal and I'm not willing to try there again.

I'm an electrical engineer working at Boeing (formerly Rockwell).

I'm always on the lookout for brew-on-premises places; I think one in south OC would flourish. I may try Brewbakers again, a buddy and I brewed there around the holidays, and they were VERY crowded so that may have contributed to our lack of success. Besides, I have to find something to do with all those empty 22 oz bottles!

I'll look up High Times Cellar, I'm tired of what the local grocery stores think is micro-brew (Sam Adams etc...).
