What is your favorite inexpensive mod to your T4R?

My favorite FREE mod was the constant power to the 12v outlets, and (almost free) addition of a 12v outlet in the center console box.
However, my favorite mod has actually been the addition of the Lexus overhead console, and the lights I installed in the footwell areas for the driver, and front passenger. The Lexus console allows the dome lamps to come on when the doors open and has ambient lighting built-in. My 4-Runner was so dark when I first got it. Now it's nice & bright at night and I can actually see without having to use one of my SureFire flashlights!

What Ive done so far:
-2" spacer lift: Truck looks 10 times better, the way it shoulda come from the factory ($260 w/ install)
-20% tint on front windows: nice clean look with all the windows matching ($80)
-Ipod adapter: lets me charge my iPhone and play music through its data port to the radio's cd changer port.
More inexpensive stuff I plan to do:
-blackout the headlights (<$10)
-LEDs under dash: gives passenger light to do whatever without lighting up the whole car/making glare
-darken the taillights: Stock tail lights are too light in color, almost pink (<$15)
-swap my sliver lighted running boards for the tube steps off an 06-09, looks more "offroad truck-like" in my mind
-magnaflow or flowmaster muffler swap
-Spidertrax wheel spacers: give the truck a proper stance, more stability ($200)

Free mod, works against most aggressive and ultra close tailgaters: roll down the back window and let 'em guess about the next step.

The install wasn't too bad, but it all depends on your abilities. It has a completely different connector receptacle, so you'll have to modify it for your truck. I chose to remove the connector receptacle from my original, and solder it on in place of the Lexus receptacle. I wanted to leave the vehicle-side connector alone.
Of course, you can put ANY plug/receptacle combination on it as long as you are willing to replace the vehicle side (mating end).

For me the extra power outlet in the center console was just what I needed. A cheap kit availble from Toyota - $35 and a 10 minute install.

I got mine for cheap from a friend that works at a parts store locally. They're PIAA brand. The size you need is 168/194. My PIAA bulbs are listed as such, and they work flawlessly. Bright white, too.
I highly recommend them, but if you'd like some lower priced bulbs then you can check out V-Leds.com, autoillumination.com, or superbrightleds.com . They all carry them, so you have multiple options.
Just wanted to add, after doing my LED tails, I find these plate bulbs really compliment the factory leds. Make it almost a lexus-like appeal, IMHO.

I simply cut the lighter-plug end off of the unit I purchased, drilled a small hole in the front side of the console box, wired the new unit into the existing circuit of the one in the console. I can now conseal my phone and GPS power-points and still have one in the box and the one on the console available.
I chose this wiring method so that I don't overload a circuit with the three outlets. Now if I overload the circuit for the OE outlet, it simply blows a fuse that is labeled as such in the fuse box.
