what isTRD , FJ rims???

Excuse my lack of knowledge but what do people mean when they say they have TRD or FJ rims for sale? is this a different brand or style or what?

They are different. There are different TRD rims. And FJ rims are the OEM wheels that come on the FJ cruiser.

TRD = Toyota Racing Development

FJ = rims from an FJ Cruiser

To confuse matters more, TRD FJ rims are a specific set of rims found on limited edition FJ cruisers. These rims are often more highly sought after due to their special edition nature and also because they look cool. FJ cruiser wheels as well as suspension components are interchangeable with the 4runner and because TRD has offered more heavy duty, offroad specific, special edition parts for the FJ Cruiser, T4R guys like to swap out their parts for the FJ parts which is why you see many references for these things around here.

Though FJ cruiser can have the 5 spokes lika in 09 4runner trail teams ed or other wheels. And there are many TRD wheels that will fit in the 4runner...,

IIRC they are 16" only. If your 5Runner is an SE or Limited (w/big brakes) they won't work. 4Runners have 12.6" or 13.2" front rotors. The bigger brakes need the 17" rim to clear the brake hardware.
