I have a pair of Oakley Hijinx...they're nice for blocking wind while riding, and pretty comfortable.

I also have a pair of the Holbrooks...they are similar to the Jim Jones ones you have pictured, but with a thicker frame.

Nothing but Oakley's ... Right now I have my umpteenth pair of (My all-time fav.) M-Frame. I love the M-Frames because they are not only stylish but cover your peripherals as well while driving/facing the sun. eace:

When I was younger/c0ckier, I would only buy them over the counter. Nowadays, the internet is okay too, especially if I can save a buck, or two.

I go and try some on, then order them over the internet. I saved like $20 that way, plus Oakley lets you custom design yours for free. I got my latest pair of Hijinx in flat black, and ended up being cheaper than regular ones at Sunglass Hut.

Rayban Wayfarer prescription with the tortiseshell frame. On my 8th frame as my first set was 28 years ago. Yeah, I know. Old school. I wear them every day for everything.

great, i wear them everyday for everything, been skiing,climbing,hiking in them with no issue, i always want to try therm on and see them in person as well,
i try not to be the Washington stereotype and buy multiple pairs, i just want one good pair, these ones have done well, took forever for them to start scratching up, i don't treat my sun glasses nice by any means, exactly the opposite. this was my first pair of non-gas station-glasses in years and brought me back around to buying some quality stuff.

Costa Del Mar. I have the Filament tortoise (very lightweight), Triple Tail tortoise with 480 glass, and Brine tortoise with 580P.

The Filaments have the amber lenses while the other two have gray lenses.

I had one pair of genuine Oakleys--my sister and I were looking at them just for fun (in my mind, anyway), and when I started to put them back, she got annoyed and told the counterperson to ring them up (she bought them for me!). I just can't justify expensive sunglasses, shoes, watches, etc., when I can get the same effect for WAY less elsewhere. Okay, I'll leave you to your fun now, but just think of this--how many more parts could you have bought for your truck by now if you weren't spending so much on glasses? Food for thought...

haha right, like i said i usual go for the 12.99 gas station deals, but i was at a wedding in HI and needed to look nice in the pics, i have noticed though , that buying an more expensive pair has actually probably saved me some money, i care alot more now, so instead of going through 7 pairs a year like the average Seattle person i only go 1, it does end up being much much cheaper....

side note: seattle is the nations #1 purchaser of sunglasses per capita...
