Have't gone off road yet, so can't say what I'd listen to then, probably keep it off to concentrate on the environment conditions and etc. but for on road I put the windows down and music up and put metal on, currently its Architects (from the UK), but can never go wrong with Bleeding Through (from the US) and a bit of Parkway Drive from here in Australia.

Then I hope you noticed that the first 3 letters of my username is the abbreviation for parkway drive = PWD

Wow I am surprised how many people don't have music on! I only turn off the music if its super technical and I have my head out the window listening to the terrain and my truck.

Otherwise it's country if I feel like singing along or whatever you classify Muse/Phantogram-type music as

I wouldn't have a clue, could be for a local sports team perhaps, or something from USA, or even something personal-ish, can't judge by a name alone, lol.

Can't go wrong with killing with a smile or horizons. Ire is good to change things up sometimes. A little poppy compared to their other things but it's good. Their new album has me a little worried

I like how you think, Killing With A Smile and Horizons are perfect for cruising, Ire was pretty different, but I liked it, its a new direction lyric wise for them along with Atlas, the Deluxe Edition for Ire is out or out soon, has 2 new songs iirc. Its good to see them explore a bit and not just make the same album 6 times and get boring.

You're going to need either something a lot bigger, or tow a massive trailer platform for them to play on, they know how to put on a good show. Once they had people in the crowd "crowd surf"on surf boards from back of crowd to mosh pit, when someone came off, another would jump on it while it was still above people, it was pretty insane!!
