What needs replaced?

I've got 120K on my '03 V8 4x4, so what do I need to replace? I'm doing plugs, PCV valve, brake pads (originals but still not really needed), brake fluid, air filter (of course), did AutoRX. Should I change the plug wires? I know that they are different than what I'm used to, so just wondering. Also wondering if I should do the whole sea foam thing. I'm also debating on if I should flush the transmission. I did it at 60K I think. I also did the differentials, etc. at the same time with 90K amsoil, so may wait a couple of months for that. Timing belt, water pump, fluid, seals, thermostat done at 95K.

I don't do any serious 4 wheeling unfortunately, just lame field running while hunting and fishing. The rest of it is pretty much highway, with very little traffic driving (as my brakes can attest).

Suggestions? Any certain plugs? I was just going to use OEM.

According to http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com/guides.php?v=1&y=2003&int_id=72 here is what is recommended. Figure it's a good starting place for you to compare to what you have already done.

Replace engine oil and oil filter
Replace engine air filter
Replace engine coolant
Lubricate propeller shaft (4WD)
Replace spark plugs 3
Re-torque propeller shaft bolt
Rotate tires

Inspect the following:
Automatic transmission fluid
Ball joints and dust covers
Brake lines and hoses
Brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs
Charcoal canister 4
Drive belts
Drive shaft boots (4WD)
Engine valve clearance
Exhaust pipes and mountings
Front differential oil (4WD)
Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses
Fuel tank cap gasket
Radiator core and condenser
Rear differential oil
Steering gear box
Steering linkage and boots
Transfer case oil (4WD)

Additional Maintenance Items for Special Operating Conditions:

Driving on Rough, Muddy or Snow-Melted Roads
Inspect nuts and bolts on chassis and body
Driving on Unpaved or Dusty Roads
Replace air conditioning filter
Towing a Trailer or Using a Camper or Car-Top Carrier
Inspect nuts and bolts on chassis and body
Replace front differential oil
Replace rear differential oil, including limited-slip
Replace transfer case oil (4WD)
Replace transmission fluid or oil

Applicable Footnotes:
3) Required under the terms of the Emission Control Warranty.
4) Applies to 4Runner with 2UZ-FE. Inspect at 120,000 miles or 144 months, whichever comes first. Required only for vehicles in California, Massachusetts and New York.

For the plugs, this thread has some good information for you.

How can it be on the original brake pads? You must be talking about the rear?
There are no spark plug wires
Do not use any additives (like autoRX/seafoam) to anything. It simply is not needed. But cleaning the throttle body by hand is extremely good to do along with the MAF sensor.
No tranny flushes, but replace it every 30 k miles
You did not mention the transfer case, but I assume that has been changed several times by now.

And lube those drive-line Zerk fittings

Nope, they are the original brake pads. According to the local toyota shop there is still 60% left on these pads. If I find that there is this much life left, then I'll keep them on, otherwise I'll change them out just to do it at a maintenance mark. I figure that I've gotten my money out of them, and not worth the risk. As far as transfer, that has been done with the 90K Amsoil lube, once at 60K. I'm going to do all of that as well. RX, already done, but seafoam will not do. I'll do the throttle body as well, and do the MAF at oil changes.

What do you use to clean the throttle body?

Thanks!
