yes they will.

There are threads around that document OE wheel sizes.

Most common non 4runner wheels seems to be FJ, Tundra, and LC wheels.

Offsets are often different.

Ie, I have second gen Tacoma wheels on mine, but I also have 1.25" spacers (they stick out a bit with SR5 chrome fenders).

I like it, but they are harsh on the paint because of it. And I smashed my rear window with a rock that came off my dirt bike hitch carrier... ugh.
