What size rear spacer?

I have 5100's all around, stock front coils and FJ rear coils with Airlift bags.

I'm about to go up in tire size to 275/65-18 and am considering going up from the .85 setting to the next step which is I think 1.75" on the front 5100s? If I do that do you think a 1.5" Daystar would bring the rear up enough to match?

Also would I need to start looking at longer sway bar links or UCA yet or am I still within spec not to have to worry.

Now I'm thinking I'll ditch the FJ springs and just get a taller spring and do it right.

Typically you should be okay w/out the extended links. If running extended travel or doing a ton of off-roading you might benefit from longer links or removing the swaybar entirely for the off-roading.

UCA: An alignment shouldn't be a problem, make sure you find a shop that works on lifted trucks as they will be able to get the additional castor

Not a ton of off-roading but when we go up to the mountains, a little extra ground clearance would be a wonderful thing. I stuffed in a ditch 2 years ago now and would have been able to crawl out if I hadn't high sided right down the drive line of the truck. An extra inch or two was all I needed to get out instead of the $100 recovery bill (no winch in the truck)

80% of my driving is still on pavement.

It's up having the 275's put on now and when I get it home we'll see where it sits with the current configuration of .85 on the front and FJ rears. I may take it up to 4WheelParts here in Charlotte next week and see what they suggest. I want to get what I can without getting silly with relocates, diff drops, steering issues, etc... for now anyway.

Next time you need new links you could get extended ones if you are worried about it. 2nd gen 4Runner links are supposed to be a direct swap and are 1" longer

i have 5100s at 2.5 and icon 2" lift coils in the rear, i don't have extended links in the rear but i certainly could. I think at 1.75 and a 1.5 rear spacer you might have a little rake

If V8 - front springs on 2.5 and 1.5" spacer in rear

If V6 - front springs on 1.75 and 1.5" spacer in rear

should be almost perfect but it really depends on weight carried, spring sag, and personal preference. My course of action was to get the front where I'm happy with it ride wise and height wise, then change up the rear to get it to match where I want.
