What Spark plug for 2003 V8?

My newly brought 2003 V8 4x4 Runner is getting around 15 mpgs. She has 155k on her with no service records reporting a spark plug change. Thought I would change them out. What should I go with?

Denso Iridiums is the OEM from the factory

You may need to look into this a little more to make sure, but I recall the originals being half Denso and half NGK. Weird I know.

I was lead to believe our motor would accept either. However Denso has proven to be better quality for me and many others so I've always recommended Denso over NGK.
