Well i actually noticed the other day when I was looking to buy SCRunner12 downey lift coils he had to sell, but i couldnt find them.

i decided to search for threads under his name and found his FS thread in the "Pimp Zone"

I thought it was for cool forum people or something... but then my For Sale threads ended up in there so it can't be for that??

The pimp zone was deleted some time ago. Which is why it's not accessible from the main forum directory. It seems as if classified ads not following the classifieds section rules are being directed/moved/deleted to the "pimp zone" and since it's technically not a current forum section you're not suppose to be able to find it.

How do you figure? None of them follow the thread title rules.

My bad...didn't know the new rules. I haven't posed anything for sale in a while and didn't know they needed price in the description.

It would appear that the mods have really cracked down on these classifieds ads having the required format if what you're saying is correct. And that very well may be the case.

Looks like it...figured they would at least give them a chance to fix it before they send it to the black hole.

That's weird that it ended up in there. I only left out the price in my title, but that shouldn't warrant it getting moved. Moderators need to notify the threads first before sending them to nowhere. Unless this is a glitch. It just creates more duplicate threads and you lose the other peoples comments in the thread that may be helpful for potential buyers.

They aren't my rules. I'm just a messenger in this situation. Rules state that the ads will be deleted without warning! Better read the rules you fools :D

Yea man for almost a week I thought you sold your springs since I couldnt find the thread!

By the time I found it I think you sold them. I still want them BTW if they arent sold!

I had all relevent info on my FS thread but I didnt realize it all had to be in the title... my fault didnt read closely enough

Yeah I was wondering why I wasn't getting any interest in them. :dammit: They are sold pending pick up next week. If not, then you have first dibs.

Yes they are very anal about the classified section now. It's called overmodding.

Ever heard the saying "can't please everyone"? A lot of members asked us to create some form of chaos control and organization in the classifieds section. So, all of us mods along with admin agreed on a standard for the classifieds. It cleans up the forum and allows for quick navigation through the classified section.

I'm sorry if you don't like it but we try to listen to the majority to make everyone happy, I guess this just wasn't your day.
