I have a goal. I'd like to run 35's. I live in maryland and there aren't boulders to conquer. So it's going to be a mall crawler/play in the snow kind of rig. The 4r has 250k on it. When I bought the vehicle, it had ome suspension on it. It looks lifted. But I'm not sure how much it has. I think it has N91S shock absorbers. I was wondering if you could tell how much lift this is based on a picture of the vehicle. I was thinking I would need a body lift too and hoping someone could make a suggestion. I'll post more pics when I get home.

Your stock bumpers will get caught up on speed bumps and or turning when hitting bumps like pulling out driveway. They will need to be trimmed accordingly. Usually you would need 3-5" lift front and rear with suspension/body lift together to clear the tires. You wont have to do so much pounding since you dont want to flex it out. You will also want different wheels to space out the tires, or wheel spacers to help clear.

By looking at the picture, do you think I have a 3 inch lift?

Measure it. From center of wheel up to the fender stock is 21" for you I think.

Measure from the center of the hub to the fender. 23" is about 3" of lift in the front.
But to answer your question- No, I don't think you have a 3" lift.

To me it dont look like it. My picture in my avatar is my rig with 3" front and 3.5" rear and its got a lot of height on your truck.
