What Year Limiteds Had Heated Seats?

I would like to replace the driver's seat in my 98 Limited with a factory leather seat with full power and heat. What year 3rd gens had those? Thanks for your help.

Can't speak for other years but my arse stays toasty in my '02 ltd.
I'd assume '01 would as well but anything beyond that idk.

With no actual proof, I believe it's an '01-'02 option only.
That said, for about $100 and an afternoon of your time you can install a heater of your own!

My plan is to re-cover as the bottoms of my leather are trashed and then install heaters... makes a big difference at -40!

That is a what I am doing to my 94, butt heaters make winter wheeling trips much more enjoyable

I have an '99 SR5, with unheated seats, but the '99 EWD covers heated seats and mirrors, so it was at least an option, maybe in a cold weather package, with the bigger battery and starter (for 5-speeds) and stronger rear struts--all of which I seen in the '99 parts listings.
