What's a reasonable offer for this?

KBB puts it at $19k. I'm thinking $22.5k with the increase in used values, mods and the "PNW Premium."

Am I off base? What's a reasonable offer?

Also worth noting, seller bought in August as-is; didn't do any of the mods.

I can't comment on value since i haven't shopped for early 5th Gens, BUT since the seller bought it in August either he now unexpectedly needs money in which case that's good for you and what you can offer...or he bought it just to try and make some bucks on flipping it which could be bad or good for you depending on what he paid for it.

As far as what it's worth...you need to try and find other similar T4Rs in your area and see what they have sold for, or the asking price.

Either way do a little research and make your offer...the worst he can say is no, you can always up your offer if needed.
