You park a modded 4Runner next to a stock one?

At Sportsman's Warehouse I parked my lifted 5th gen TE next to a stock 5th gen Limited, then someone with a heavily modded SR5 5th gen parked next to mine.

I would have taken a photo, but the guy in the SR5 was giving me the stink eye.

It was some little dude in a muscle shirt. My wife wanted to see what kind of lift he had because it was the Icon and I had just bought the Toytec/Bilstein. She wants her 4Runner lifted with a nice on-road friendly kit and thinks the one I have is a bit stiff.

He just stood there staring at us with a scowl on his face.

I park my cars in the same part of my work parking garage every day I’m there. The yota dealer gave me a brand new (2 miles on the clock) ’15 Tacoma TRD Sport in Barcelona Red Metallic as a loaner (not sure I would give it back if it were a 6-speed). There happens to be a Tacoma TRD Offroad in the same color that parks in the same part of the garage every day. I parked near him, but not next to him even though a spot was open, b/c if I’m having a bad day, seeing someone else with nearly the same exact car rarely makes it any better.

I've always parked next to a car like mine, but in better condition - so they steal that one first. Now I have a brand new TE so I don't know who to park next to!
