Whats this in my frame?

Anyone help identify this flat bar? There is one on both sides. Its causing a rattle at certain rpm on one side and squeaking around turns on the other. did a quick google and nothing came up. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Those are "Capture Nuts" or "strip nuts". Basically there is a nut at the end of that strip that the hitch bolts through the frame to. Looks like the most forward bolt on the hitch is the one this goes to.

Correct those are the brackets that hold the front hitch nuts to the frame. I have a set in my garage that I take a photo of if I remember out so you can see what they look like ..

Wow that was quick. Thanks guys appreciate the help. Any ideas on the best way to quiet um down? Paint um with some rubberized coating or wrap them with some type of material?

If those are tight in the frame. I cant see how they are making any noise?

If it is rubbing on the side there, loosen the hitch bolts a bit, move the strap to the center and re-tighten. The end just sits in open space on the OEM stick/strap nuts.
