Which one would you recommend and why ?

Looking to enhance the look of my Ltd and want it to be more off road capable but don’t want to lose on road ride feel that Xreas provide.

For the tires,I’m probably going with either Falken or Nitto unless you can suggest something you think it’s better.

I do 80% of highway driving,10% of local and 10% of driving on dirt and gravel roads.

I also live in a cold climate area where snow lasts 7 months ,so salt and rust factor must be taken into account when selecting. Thank you ahead!

Bilsitens! Bigger shocks then ome so better ride quality. I would absolutely not recommend the icon. Although icons would ride great. With your driving patterns and weather conditions I would want to keep as much rubber mounted parts as possible. Icons have uniballs for their mounts. I would also look into getting a upper control arm with ball joints and rubber bushings.

I wouldn't trade my Icon setup for anything else. Handles the overland trails like butter...

I would go with the OME or Bilsteins but lean more towards OME. Every OME setup I have had has been very reliable and stout. ICON will never see one penny from me due to highly questionable past sins. A name change won't change what happened and I guess I can't forget that easily

Bilsteins are probably the closest monotube shock to OEM from a reliability perspective. Set it and forget it. Ride is great and smooth.

Get the 6112 up front, worth it. Stick to stock UCAs for maximum durability in your conditions. 5100 rears and stock coils are good enough.

OME is great if you want it to ride like a brick.

Agree on the Bilstein option, and glad to see someone is finding the 6112's in stock! I went with 5100's for now, but down the road some, may go with a simliar option.
