Wheel hub assembly?

Hello all,

Did a little research in the forums and a little research myself and found that my passenger side wheel bearing is shot. The notorious vibrating that increases with speed, along with a slight pull to the right. The sound would go away when turning to the left, but would get worse when turning to the right. Jacked the front end up and checked for grinding noise/wobble on both sides. Driver side had no grinding or wobble what so ever. Passenger side had pretty significant wobble in every direction.

I know that its fairly simply to install these bearings since they come pressed in a hub assembly, ready to go. My question is, who has done this and what assembly did you use? Ideally, id get the assembly from bluepitbearings.com as I'm pretty sure its OE, but I'm not really in the position to be spending 280 bucks on it. I will, of course, if I have to, but I've noticed cheaper options. I just don't want to gamble and purchase a cheap-o and have some problem down the line.

A quick search on google for "4th gen 4runner wheel hub assembly" will give you some options. What do you think?

I went with jersey built hubs
 
I went with Jersey as well. Shipping time was about 2 weeks.

Came with Koyo bearings pressed in.

Bolted right up, took me an hour for the first one and 45 minutes for the second.

4,000 miles on them and no issues.
 
Just FYI the jersey built guy was banned from Tacomaworld for poor customer service and a bunch of members having issues getting their product they paid for.
 
I've gotten one from Jersey, one from Marion bumper2bumper and one off ebay (cheapest)

Both Jersey and Marion are still going strong. the Ebay hub failed on me after 3 months. You get what you pay for.

got mine in a week. I heard he was banned from tacoma world because he didn't want to pay to be a vendor.

D“A quick search” yeah right. There are already so many lengthy threads on this subject with tons of information. XREAS just edges it out for most threads about the same thing. You either used this site’s garbage search function, don’t know how to google, or didn’t actually search at all.

Get a marionb2b. Best assembly out there but the guy is fuxking slow and a terrible communicator. You’ll get your product but you’ll get it 4-6 weeks and 4-6 emails later than he quotes you.

If you would have read above, I already purchased from Jersey.

I did use this sites apparently "garbage search function". I'm new to the forum; cut me some slack. I googled as well, but didn't see anything that answered my specific question of "what is the best for the money". I also don't appreciate being called a liar.

I do appreciate your advice, but the world already has enough keyboard warriors.

If you ever need info on anything, google “4th gen 4runner _______________” and you will get all you could ever need.

Now that I have empowered you, google XREAS.

You'll have to bear with Grave, he can be a little gruff at times but I beleive it's because since he pets every dog he most likely has been bitten a few times...But he means well!!

XREAS is a Toyota optional upgraded suspension/shock system that has the shocks interconnected so that when one wheel moves it affect the opposing shock in a fashion to give a more stabile ride, it's a great system but when it gets old and starts leak fluid and needs replacing it is very expensive, so most replace it with a regular shock setup.
