wheel my Tacoma rims fit?

so I traded my '10 Taco 4x4 in for my '14 SR5 and finally have enough free time to ponder switching out the wheels so...

I kept my XD Black Addicts with my NITTO Terra Grapplers 265/70R17. The matte black rims are 17x9 6/139.7 +18 106.25.

Anyone know if these will fit straight on or will I need some sort of spacers?
I admit that when it comes to wheel sizes, offset and backspacing I'm like :shrug:

Can anyone help me out on this one?

so pardon my ignorance but the offset difference of 10 vs 18, but does that mean that the other rims (the ones with an offset 18) will protrude 8mm farther out?
