In April I ordered a set of 5100 and Spc UCA from Wheeler Off-road and everything was received timely. However one of the front shocks was missing the spring clip and unable to be installed. I had to purchase another locally to complete the install and ship it back to wheeler. Their customer service started off great but since has been highly disappointing and I have yet to receive my refund even though the product has been officially received back since 4/25/18. I have included the email exchange. Just something to consider before ordering from them. Do to the risk of another mishap and not being able to recoup my money or even get a response at this point I will not ever use them again.
Edit- refund received 6:25 cst 5/16/18.
Good morning,
I am following up again on the lack of response and credit to my account. The product has been returned since 4/25/18 and I am still missing my credit please respond to today with when the exact date I will receive my refund. The length of time this has taken is now at a ridiculous level. Any further lack of response will result in this email thread being posted on multiple Toyota forums and all over social media since this currently doesn’t seem to be worth resolving for you so that others may be warned prior to being out any money.
Pissed off,
Stephen Edwards

Thank you,

Hey Stephen,
I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately we are still waiting for Bilstein to issue the credit.
As soon as we get it though we will get that credited right back to you.

Hey Stephen,
I apologize for the delay. Here is the call tag for those shocks though.
You will need to write the RGA # on the outside of the box they are shipped in.
This shipping label is only good for 10 days as well.
