will we be doing hardcore wheeling or just see what the truck can do stuff?
 
Ive never been to dirty turtle so it would just be exploring without pushing the limits. I wheel my daily driver so I don't like to go too extreme. Although last time I went out I ended up going up carberatur hill at Slade and breaking some rear diff teeth. All fixed now with 3.9 gears.

I am leaning towards next weekend so more people have time to respond and plan.

Ok lets set it for June 30th - July 1st at Dirty Turtle.

Lets show up around noon and setup camp first, then go wheeling the rest of the day. Head back to camp for dinner. Wheel Sunday morning, then pack up and leave mid day.

Bring your own camping gear or sleep in your truck. Or come for one day just to wheel. I have a couple extra sleeping bags.

Im hosting the trip so I will bring the basic food and paperware. Hot dogs, burgers, beans, buns, pancakes, bacon, marshmellows. Maybe others can sign up for chips, sides, soda, snacks. It all depends on how many people are coming.

Lets go have some fun!

sounds like fun!!!! but is anyone else interested in going rather then us :confused: ?

is there a lot of brush which would cause pin stripping :cry:?
 
Ill give people more time to post up. I here the off road parks are better about having wide trails so pin striping shouldn't be a problem. The difficult trails we aren't going on are skinny and will pin stripe.

one i am in GA on a random trip with dad haha
two mom and dad said no because i just got back and am still recovering from a contusion where i had a brain bleed and fractured skull:(
 
Which light is better

I am interested to join. and I want to buy a camping light. Convenience and light weight are the most important features , headlamp or penlight, which is better ?
 
Anybody interested in going on this trip that hasn't posted up better do it by tommorow. Unless somebody else posts up I am going to cancel the trip. It is going to be really hot for camping. Night time low is 75.

If I cancel the trip I am going to join up with the Kentucky Krawlers at Slade on Saturday. Your welcome to check out their website to join up.
 
Sorry Jessie, the trip is canceled because its just too darn hot. And nobody joined up. Maybe next time.
