Wheeling around Chattanooga?

Are you still going? I posted my proposed plans in a post above. My dad in his 4th gen is going to try and make it out there after we get there because he has something to do in Nashville in the morning.

Styer can you make it this saturday?

Ok Yeah I figured it did. Maybe in the near future we can plan a ride elsewhere. Windrock is open year round.

Adventure Off-road Park is a good place that's close. I might be up for a trip on Dec. 19.

Next weekend sounds good at AOP. If ugamurph and the rest are in, lets plan to meet there Saturday morning.

If you guys do head to Adventure Park this weekend on the 19th let me know. I may finally be able to make one of these meets.

We are leaning that way. I'm waiting until closer to the end of the week to commit. I had surgery last week and just waiting to see how I feel later this week.

Ok, well talked to the wife, she hurt her back a week or so ago, and isn't up for a trip that far away. Maybe another time after all.... [emoji31]

Load her up on pain killers and head out by yourself. She will never know you are gone...

Ok, so I just got my kitchen pass and I have a buddy that really wants to hit the cove, also I have never been there so it looks like we will be heading out of Murfreesboro Saturday morning 19th headed to the cove, looks like the weather is going to be pretty good!!!
I will be in my 01 runner and he will be in a 02 wrangler

TNrunner01 Some of us were planning to go to Adventure Off-Road Park in South Pittsburgh on Saturday. I don't mind going to either place. But, the cove can be quite a commitment as far as time goes. AOP gives the option of getting off the trail and back on the road home quickly.

My recovery from surgery is going fine and I am ready to commit to a ride Saturday. TNRunner99, What are your thoughts?

Anyone else that wants to and can go?

Are any of y'all using "GroupMe"? I never have, but have it on my phone. I know of some guys that use that to communicate about upcoming trail rides.

Awesome ugamurph your feeling better!

I mentioned it to my buddy about adventure but he and I have the family going so the cost would be $$$$ our plan as of now I'm meeting him in Murf @ 730-8 and going to ride down 41 to the cove. What you think TNRunner99

I have read that the entrance in the cove is pretty hectic if the water is high, I don't mind a lill water but I don't want it up to my headlights, if it's like that then adventure it will be, does anyone know the water levels at the cove?

I'll check with a guy I know that lives down there.

I remember it was high the last time I went and with all the rain we have had I would imagine it would be up there.

ugamurph I agree on AOP. With the days shorter now it will be dark on us by 6 and the cove is difficult enough finding a good line in the daylight. I feel like we would get some better trail time at AOP. TNrunner01
