ahhhaha, watch it bud, the Wranglers mine 4runner is Dads...but thanks for the compliment. She really looks a lot better now and I love driving it a lot more!

We got the lift on (finally). Toytec 2.5 inch Kit, spacers up front, springs out back

I almost like it better than my Jeep.

Looks awesome! How do the wheels line up compared to the stock wheels? I'm going to get some crager soft 8s and and am trying to figure out what backspacing and width to get so they stick out about an inch further out to line up with the flares. I'll be getting the same size tire as you too.

The wheels I got (MT sidebiters) have about 4.5 BS and they are 16x8s, they don't stick out that far, maybe a lil less than half an inch. They aren't beyond the flares though but they line up with the flares nicely. I'll get some pics tomorrow for you when I'm installing the fog lights on the bumper.

Looks real good. I'd do the 1" diff drop just in case. It's cheap and easy. Know what else is quick and easy, not to mention free? Ripping those running boards off! You'll be amazed at the difference.

Haha thanks man. I'll let my dad know to pick one of the diff drops up. And he NEEDS the running boards now. Before he didn't use them but he's a small dude with bad knees (5'8" and 55 years old haha).

Appreciate the words buddy. I posted back on your page. The one thing I do want him to get in the future is new shocks. But right now there is a recurring oil leak, just needs a new seal somewhere.

Oh another question, before the lift, the 4runner would just cruise almost float over speed bumps (long sloped ones)

Like this except not was wide and more of a hump but still smooth enough to go 15 mph over stock.

Now at 10-15 mph it feels almost like I'm dropping the front end off a small ledge, is that because I'm still on stock shocks and they are fully extending?

You have spacers in the front right? Spacers preload the coil and make it much stiffer at rest which makes it bounce a lot more than before.
